Our Peterbilt 367 LED headlights are designed to fit 2007-2015 model years. These are direct replacements for the standard 7x6 inch rectangular sealed beam headlights. However, if your 367 has been modified with aftermarket headlight buckets or custom bezels, you'll want to verify the mounting dimensions before ordering. The standard mounting depth required is 3.5 inches behind the bezel.

Do I need to add any wiring harnesses or resistors to prevent flickering or error codes?

Most of our LED headlights are plug-and-play with the factory H4 connector and don't require additional resistors or CAN-bus adapters. However, some pre-2010 models may experience minor flickering at idle due to lower alternator output. In these cases, we recommend installing our LED-compatible relay harness (sold separately) which draws power directly from the battery and eliminates any compatibility issues.

How difficult is the installation process, and what tools will I need?

Installation typically takes 30-45 minutes per side and requires basic hand tools: a Phillips screwdriver for the bezel screws and a 10mm socket for the headlight retaining ring. The most challenging part is usually accessing the back of the headlight housing in tight engine compartments. We recommend disconnecting the battery before installation and having a second person help align the lights during final adjustment.

What's the actual light output difference compared to stock halogen bulbs?

Our LED headlights produce approximately 4,800 lumens on low beam and 6,000 lumens on high beam, compared to roughly 1,000/1,650 lumens from standard halogen sealed beams.
