Freightliner FLC120 Sleeper & Related

Frequently Asked Questions About Freightliner FLC120 Sleeper & Related

What kinds of parts are included in this category?

This category covers sleeper compartment components and related accessories for the Freightliner FLC120, including sleeper panels, cabinets, bunk hardware, sleeper skirts, storage boxes, and other interior or exterior sleeper-area parts. Because the FLC120 was built with several sleeper configurations over the years, the exact parts available will vary by listing.

How do I know if a part will fit my specific FLC120?

Fitment depends on your truck's model year, sleeper size (such as a 60-inch or 70-inch box), and cab configuration, since Freightliner offered multiple sleeper setups on the FLC120 platform. We recommend checking the listed measurements and specifications against your truck before ordering, and contacting our parts team with your VIN or truck details if you're unsure.

Are these parts new, used, or reconditioned?

Our inventory includes a mix of new aftermarket parts and quality used take-offs pulled from donor trucks. Each listing specifies the condition, so you can compare options based on your budget and how the part will be used.

What materials are these sleeper components made from?

Sleeper panels and cabinets are commonly made from fiberglass, aluminum, or ABS plastic, depending on the original manufacturer and part type. Used parts will show normal wear consistent with age and mileage, while new aftermarket pieces are typically unfinished and may require paint or trim to match your cab.

Do these parts come with mounting hardware, and how difficult is installation?

Hardware inclusion varies by listing, so check the product description before ordering, as some items ship as the component only. Installation difficulty depends on the specific part; simple trim pieces or storage boxes are generally straightforward, while structural panels or cabinetry may require more time and, in some cases, professional installation to ensure a proper fit and finish.
