As 3rd generation ‘truckers’, Bryan and Brice Martin continue to lead the business based on Old fashioned Customer Service, and Traditional Family Values. Since 1979 the company has built and outstanding reputation for taking care of the customers with quality parts, reliable service and fair prices - as they absolutely offer the widest variety of products for truck owners.
The new millennium brought many changes, including the addition of a 40,000 square foot distribution center and a customer service call center to support the growing internet and catalog orders and rapid growth at the retail store.
In 2003, the Chrome Shop Mafia was introduced as a ‘truckers club’ for customers of 4 State Trucks, and the ‘tommygun’ logo laid the foundation for a full line of apparel and logo merchandise………a nice compliment to the existing product lines of chrome, parts, installation, salvage parts and fabrication. One thing led to another and, in January 2006, a new TV series, TRICK MY TRUCK, aired on Country Music Television. The series featured several member of the Chrome Shop Mafia crew doing what they do best……customizing big rigs!
In 2016, 4 State Trucks made the bittersweet decision to close the salvage department. All used parts inventory was sold at auction April 2016. The used parts department was an incredibly successful era for 4 State as it had been around since the beginning. To fill the salvage area at the store in Joplin, you can look forward to a newly expanded line of aftermarket semi truck parts for your truck & trailer as well as more mechanical parts to keep you moving down the highway.
