Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time-
All orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Cut off time for same day shipping is 1pm (CT). All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Time-
· Orders containing stocking items that are processed out of our Joplin Mo location are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
· You may receive multiple packages for items backordered, special ordered, drop shipped, or processed from another location(s). Please reference your ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email for details.
· Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed on standard shipments. Once the carrier has taken ownership of the package(s) it becomes their responsibility to make delivery within a reasonable time frame and do not guarantee the estimated standard transit times.

Delivery Options-

Order Modification-
Orders can’t be cancelled or modified once the shipping process has started. After this time the order will need to be re-routed and processed as a return.
Re-routing/address correction of any order will contain a $20 processing fee for shipping costs charged by the carrier.
*LTL shipments may include additional charges. Please contact us for more information.
Damaged Shipments-
Be sure to immediately inspect shipment upon arrival
If your product is damaged in transit, please make sure you do the following:
· Initiate the RMA immediately by visiting our web page and clicking on “Initiate Return”.
· All freight damage must be reported upon time of delivery to be accepted by the carrier.
· Be sure to sign any shipping documents or Bill of Lading notating “DAMAGED”. If this is not done, the freight company will undoubtedly deny the claim.
· Take pictures of the product as it was received.
· Keep the product and all original packaging in a safe/clean location until the claim is completely resolved.
· DO NOT INSTALL- Any parts that have been installed will not be eligible for return/claim.
· Please notify our Returns department of any missing items/hardware within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
NOTE: If shipment is being delivered to an alternate location, please advise receiver of the above shipping policy.
