How difficult is it to replace the lower CAC boot on an M2 without removing the bumper?
The lower intercooler boot can be accessed from underneath without bumper removal on most M2 models. You'll need about 2-3 hours for the job. Remove the splash shield, disconnect the lower radiator hose for clearance, and use a pick tool to work the old boot off. Apply dish soap to the new boot for easier installation.
