    Good product. I purchased this to replace the exact same model that was likely installed when my 12 yr old truck was new. It comes with brackets and hardware, so fairly complete and not too difficult to install. I spent more time cutting off the old rusty one than installing the new one. Beware the mounting hardware is not stainless if rust resistance is important to you.
