Kenworth T660 Dash Acc.

Frequently Asked Questions About Kenworth T660 Dash Acc.

What kinds of products are included in this category?

This category covers dash-related accessories for the Kenworth T660, including items such as dash trim panels, switch and gauge bezels, dash inserts, overlay kits, and other components used to finish or accent the interior dash area. These parts are typically cosmetic or functional trim pieces rather than mechanical or electrical components.

Will these dash accessories fit my specific T660 model year?

Kenworth made some changes to dash layouts and trim across different production years, so fit can vary. Always check the listed compatibility details and part descriptions on each product page before ordering, and compare against your truck's existing dash configuration. If you're unsure, reach out to our team with your VIN or dash photos so we can help confirm fit.

What materials and finishes are available for these dash parts?

Dash accessories in this category are commonly offered in materials like ABS plastic, aluminum, or wood-grain laminate, with finishes ranging from painted and textured to chrome-plated or brushed metal looks. The available options depend on the specific product, so check each listing for the exact material and finish details.

Are these parts easy to install myself?

Many dash trim and accessory pieces are designed for straightforward installation using existing mounting points, adhesive backing, or simple fasteners, making them suitable for a DIY install with basic hand tools. More involved pieces, such as those requiring dash disassembly, may benefit from professional installation. Product pages typically note if any special hardware or steps are needed.

Will installing an aftermarket dash accessory affect my factory warranty?

Adding cosmetic dash trim or accessories generally does not void your Kenworth factory warranty, since these parts don't typically interact with mechanical, electrical, or safety systems. However, if a product requires modifying factory wiring or components to install, it's worth checking with your dealer beforehand to confirm it won't impact any existing warranty coverage.
