Through our partner charities 4 State Trucks gives back to the local community and to the trucker community.
We appreaciate our customers and drivers help providing for Convoy of Hope, Samaritain's Purse, Watered Gardens, Freedom Of Road Riders, St. Christopher - Truckers Reliefe Fund, and of course Special Olympics.
Special Olympics of Southwest Missouri and 4 State Trucks home of the Chrome Shop Mafia have joined forces at the Guilty By Association Truck Show held annually by the Boyz at 4 State in Joplin, MO. The convoy is one of many events at the weekend truck show, and it is at the heart of the show as we hold the biggest fundraiser of the year for Special Olympics of SWMO raising money for area athletes and their families. This organization transforms the lives of area athletes through the joy of sport, every day and everywhere. With initiatives to activate youth, engage kids with intellectual disabilities, build communities and improve the health of our athletes, Special Olympics is changing the game for people young and old. For 40 years, this group has been spreading the message that people with intellectual disabilities can - and will - succeed when given the chance. Thanks to everyone who comes out during GBATS to participate and/or donate to the World's Largest Convoy event as you are making the future brighter for many kids!
St. Christopher's Fund is a truck driver charity that helps over-the-road truck drivers whose medical problems, occurring within the last year, have led to financial hardship. SFC also strives to provide health and wellness programs for drivers in hopes to prevent medical illnesses with programs such as health challenges, smoking cessation and free flu vaccines when available. 4 State Trucks home of the Chrome Shop Mafia is all about the big rig driver, and we are so excited to partner with SCF to help drivers when times get tough and/or unexpected health events change plans!
Convoy of Hope is an incredible faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion since 1994 to feed the world through children's feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. By engaging, caring, nourishing, growing, responding & partnering, Convoy of Hope is bringing help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting. 4 State Trucks is proud to have partnered with them in raising funds to donate to those affected by the recent natural disasters around the world but specifically in Puerto Rico. We couldn't have done wit without the help of our customers, so a big thanks to you all for coming along side us during this campaign.
Samaritan's Purse is an organization providing physical and spiritual aid to hurting people around the world since 1970. This group has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease and famine. 4 State Trucks was proud to partner with Samaritan's Purse to bring aid to those affected by the natural disasters that took place in Haiti. Thousands of people were left without homes, food and shelter, and together with our customers we were able to improved this hard unexpected time for the people of Haiti.
