This 48-inch by 20-inch black steel basket cargo carrier with 6-inch tall sides keeps items more secure during travel and frees up space inside the vehicle for passengers and cargo. It is constructed from heavy-duty tubular steel and includes an adapter sleeve that allows mounting on either a 1-1/4-inch or 2-inch receiver tube. The built-in reflectors add visibility for increased safety, and it easily accepts a cargo bag, cargo net, or bungees.
