Peterbilt 352 Switch Trim & ID Labels

Frequently Asked Questions About Peterbilt 352 Switch Trim & ID Labels

What years and models are these switch trim and ID labels compatible with?

These switch trim and ID labels are specifically designed for Peterbilt 352 models from 1969 through 1980. They're engineered to match the original factory specifications for both cabover and conventional 352 configurations. If you have a modified or custom dash panel, we recommend measuring your switch openings before ordering, as some aftermarket modifications may require different sizing.

Are these labels made from durable materials that won't fade or peel?

Our Peterbilt 352 labels are manufactured using heavy-duty vinyl with UV-resistant inks and a protective laminate coating. This construction prevents fading from sun exposure and resists peeling even in extreme temperature conditions. The adhesive backing is specifically formulated for automotive applications, ensuring long-term adhesion to metal and plastic surfaces without lifting at the edges.

Do I need special tools or experience to install these labels and trim pieces?

Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools. For labels, you'll need a clean cloth, rubbing alcohol for surface preparation, and a credit card or squeegee for smooth application. Trim pieces typically snap into place or use existing mounting points. We include detailed instructions with each order, and most customers complete installation in 15-30 minutes per piece. The key is thorough surface cleaning before application.

What switch functions and styles are available in your label selection?

We offer a comprehensive range of switch labels including headlights, marker lights, engine brake, differential lock, PTO controls, air suspension, and auxiliary equipment labels. Styles include both OEM-correct fonts and modern updated versions. Labels are available in standard white-on-black, as well as chrome-look and color-coded options for custom applications. We also carry blank labels for unique switch functions.

Will these trim pieces match my existing dash finish?

Our trim pieces are available in multiple finishes to match your Peterbilt 352's interior: brushed aluminum, chrome, black matte, and woodgrain. Each finish is designed to replicate the original factory appearance or provide popular period-correct customization options. For best color matching, we recommend ordering a complete set rather than mixing old and new pieces, as original trim may have aged or discolored over time.
