Description
Engineered for a bold front-end profile, the Herd Big Tex 4 Post Grille Guard is designed for 2001-2014 Western Star 4900FA SFA trucks with straight-through frames. This aluminum grille guard features four oversized fully boxed uprights, reinforced 4-inch horizontal tubes, and an 18-inch extruded aluminum bumper to help protect critical components from road debris. Standard features include impact plates, side and center eyebolts, light mounting tabs, and Herd's mirror-polished finish. Buyers can select from different configurations, including options with Slam Latch and Lift Assist systems. Sold individually, this grille guard is classified as a high-quality aftermarket replacement part and includes a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. It ships directly from the manufacturer and may arrive separately from other items in the same order. As with most fitment-specific truck accessories, verifying the correct mounting hole pattern before ordering is recommended to help ensure proper installation.
