Freightliner Columbia 112/120 Cab & Related

Frequently Asked Questions About Freightliner Columbia 112/120 Cab & Related

What kinds of parts are included in this category?

This category covers cab and cab-related components for the Freightliner Columbia 112 and 120 models, including items like cab mounts, cab panels, sleeper components, cab corners, floor and firewall pieces, door shells, and related structural and trim parts that make up the cab assembly. If you need a specific cab part, checking the product title and description will confirm exactly what is included.

Will these parts fit my specific Columbia model year?

Freightliner made changes to the Columbia cab design over its production run, so fitment can vary by year and configuration, such as day cab versus sleeper cab. Always check the listed fitment details on each product page and compare them against your truck's VIN or existing part numbers before ordering. If you are unsure, contacting our parts team with your VIN or truck details is the best way to confirm compatibility.

Are these parts new, used, or reconditioned?

Our inventory includes a mix of new aftermarket parts and quality used take-off parts pulled from salvaged trucks. Each product listing specifies the condition, so you can choose based on your budget and quality needs. Used cab components are inspected before listing, but we recommend reviewing any provided photos and condition notes closely since cab parts can show wear from prior service.

What should I check before installing a used cab part?

Before installation, inspect the part for cracks, rust, or prior repair welds, and confirm that mounting holes, brackets, and wiring harness openings line up with your truck. Cab components often involve body seals, insulation, or wiring that may need to be transferred or replaced, so it helps to have your truck's service manual on hand and, for larger cab sections, plan for extra labor time and possibly a second set of hands.

Do these parts come with a warranty or return option?

Warranty and return policies can vary depending on whether a part is new or used, so it's important to review the specific terms listed on each product page before purchasing. In general, we stand behind the parts we sell, and if you receive a part that does not match its description or has an issue, our customer service team can help you with a return, exchange, or warranty claim.
