Ford F600-F700 Floor Covers & Mats

Frequently Asked Questions About Ford F600-F700 Floor Covers & Mats

Will these floor mats fit my specific Ford F600 or F700 model year?

Floor covers and mats for the Ford F600-F700 are typically designed around the cab floor pan shape used across a range of production years, but slight variations can exist depending on when your truck was built. Always check the fitment notes listed on each product page and compare them to your truck's year and cab configuration before ordering to make sure you get a proper fit.

What material are these floor mats made from, and how durable are they?

Most floor covers in this category are made from heavy duty rubber designed to handle the daily wear and tear of a working truck cab, including dirt, moisture, and repeated foot traffic. Rubber construction is generally easier to clean and more resistant to cracking or fading over time compared to carpet style mats, making it a practical choice for commercial use.

Are these mats a direct replacement for the factory floor covering, or will I need to trim them?

These mats are designed to closely follow the original floor pan layout of the F600-F700 cab, so most customers find they fit without major modification. That said, because trucks can have slight differences in floor contours or aftermarket modifications, it is a good idea to test fit the mat before considering any trimming, and only trim carefully if absolutely necessary.

How do I clean and maintain rubber floor mats to keep them looking good?

Rubber floor mats can typically be cleaned by removing loose debris, then washing with a mild soap and water solution or a standard truck cab cleaner. Avoid harsh solvents that could dry out or discolor the rubber over time. Regularly shaking out or hosing off the mats helps prevent dirt and moisture buildup that can lead to odors or premature wear.

Do these floor mats help with noise or insulation inside the cab?

Many customers notice that a properly fitted floor mat adds a layer of cushioning underfoot and can help dampen some road noise and vibration compared to a bare or worn factory floor. While these mats are not marketed specifically as sound insulation products, the added material layer often contributes to a quieter, more comfortable ride.
