I read a review about these where a guy put them on his fire truck, he wrote a very good review and I?m here to back it up! These things are not cheaply made! They are first class built good! Do not hesitate to purchase these! You?ll see you?ll agree!

BEYOND OUTSTANDING!!! I needed to replace the broken off brackets on a 1992 PIERCE firetruck that I use for parades. I have tried several different products with no luck. When I saw these I thought I would give them a shot. All I can say is WOW! I expected light weight tin or pot metal for the price. NOT! These are heavy weight tubular steel that are attached to 2 1" wide flat stock with holes in each end of the stock for mounting. In addition the tube has a cap that is arc welded to one end with a drilled drain hole in the bottom. All parts of the bracket are arc welded on each side where they connect to the tubular steel AND they have drilled a hole in the center of the flat stock and arc welded the hole shut to the tube! They are clearly heavy chromed inside and out and look like something your truck will be proud to use for many years. The diameter on the inside of the tube is about 9/16" and I used regular flag sets from LOWES and the poles fit perfect also there is a set screw to hold your flags in place. Looks like they will handle any size flag pole up to 9/16" with no problem (with 1/2" being the standard flag set pole for your home)
